SELLER INFORMATION:
- DUE DILIGENCE - CIC documents are located under link GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
- INSPECTION RESOLUTIONS - The HOA will provide repairs that are the responsibility of the HOA only. HOME INSPECTION reports must accompany any request for repair. Inspection results can be emailed to [email protected]. It is your responsibility to disclose any unit modifications, the HOA will not be held responsible for change or modification damage. It is your responsibility to disclose any modification to your unit approved or not.
- HOA DUES - Please bring your account up to date prior to closing. For accounts that are in arrears , all funds due will be collected at closing. If you are in collections and will be selling your home, a payoff statement must be requested from the collection agency or attorney.
- TRANSFERABLE - Please note that key cards are transferable.
- MOVING - Take your large items and trash some where else to dispose , our trash service will not take furniture, or construction debris. Donating is a great way to discard those items you are unable to take with you and we all are aware that yard sales are not permitted.
- STORAGE UNITS AND TRUCKS - 3 day stay to load and unload maximum allowed.
BUYER INFORMATION:
- HOA DUES - ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOA AND ARE NOT PAID THROUGH YOUR MORTGAGE.
