The Budget year runs from November to October. The following amounts are based on the Annual Assessment of $4416.00. The Assessment may be paid monthly at $368.00 a month, due the first (1st) day of each month without notice. The Association does not participate in invoices, coupon books, or reminders. A statement of your account is provided upon request. HOA dues can increase yearly by 3 to 5% or as determined by the Board of Directors as needed to preserve the strength of reserves and operations of the Association.
LATE FEE :
A late fee in the amount of $25.00 will be assessed on the twentieth (20th) day of the month.
To ensure payment is received on time, multiple payment options are available.
We do not accept cash.
ASSOCIATION DUES HOW TO PAY
To ensure payment is received on time:
Quail Run Association Inc participates in monthly ACH payments collected on the 2nd and the 16th of every month. To start service , locate the request form under FORMS. Please contact the office to start this service if preferred.
2.CHECK or MONEY ORDER
Pay to the order of: Quail Run Association Inc , and include the unit address on your check or money order to ensure accurate posting.

If you elect to pay via bill pay, please provide this information to your institution.Your institution will mail the payments directly to us. Include your address as your account number for accurate posting.

No agreement will be made to alter the date for which assessments are due; failure to submit payment when due, will result in late fees, legal fees and collections.

It is the responsibility of the titled owner to relay information pertaining to Quail Run Association to their residents, tenants, guests, and management company. The Rules & Regulations, Covenants and Conditions are the responsibility of the titled owner, any violation of the Rules, Regulation Covenants and Conditions will be assessed to the titled owner.
