In Colorado 46 percent of Colorado’s population lives in a common interest community. The homeowners and the member's association is a relationship. It is important for owners - and others interested in buying a home in a common interest community - to understand some of the fundamental documents that govern, and control the actions of it's members. These policies , filed documents and rules provide the foundation for a successful community.
