OWNER INFORMATION:

DUE DILIGENCE - CIC documents are located under link GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
INSPECTION RESOLUTIONS - The HOA will provide repairs that are the responsibility of the HOA only. A report must accompany the request to repair.
HOA DUES - Please bring your account up to date prior to closing. For accounts that are in arrears , all funds due will be collected at closing. If you are in collections and will be selling your home, a payoff statement must be requested from the collection agency.
TRANSFERABLE - Please note that key cards are transferable.
MOVING - Take your large items and trash some where else to dispose , our trash service will not take furniture, or construction debris. Donating is a great way to discard those items you are unable to take with you and we all are aware that yard sales are not permitted.
STORAGE UNITS AND TRUCKS - 3 day stay to load and unload maximum allowed.
