PURCHASE AND SALE INFORMATION 

FHA /VA: QUAIL RUN, ID D008075 001 , the FHA condominium review of the Quail Run Association condominium project is APPROVED.   The expiration date of this approval is 2/7/2027. The Association plans to renew at this time .

OWNER INFORMATION:
  • DUE DILIGENCE - CIC documents are located under link GOVERNING DOCUMENTS
  • INSPECTION RESOLUTIONS - The HOA will provide repairs that are the responsibility of the HOA only.  HOME INSPECTION reports must accompany any request for repair. Inspection results can be emailed to [email protected]. It is your responsibility to disclose unit modifications, the HOA will not be held responsible for change or modification damage.
  • HOA DUES -  Please bring your account up to date prior to closing.  For accounts that are in arrears , all funds due will be collected at closing.  If you are in collections and will be selling your home, a payoff statement must be requested from the collection agency.
  • TRANSFERABLE - Please note that key cards are transferable.
  • MOVING  - Take your large items and trash some where else to dispose , our trash service will not take furniture, or construction debris.  Donating is a great way to discard those items you are unable to take with you and we all are aware that yard sales are not permitted.
  • STORAGE UNITS AND TRUCKS -  3 day stay to load and unload maximum allowed.
  • It is your responsibility to disclose any modification approved or not.

  • NO YARD SIGNS  - Please place signage in windows or doors.  Yard signs will be subject to removal.
  • OPEN HOUSES are welcome along with signage for the day event.
