The Board of Directors has adopted the proposed budget for the November 1, 2022 thru October 31,2023 fiscal year. Beginning on November 1, 2022 the Association will increase the monthly assessment by $ 25.00 to $368.00.

The Board of Director proposed the budget for the next fiscal year, this notice of the budget changes has been mailed to all homeowners via first class mail. It is your responsibility to ensure that the office has your correct contact information. A copy of the mailing can be found in meeting announcements. Some of the most important decisions the Board of a homeowner association must make, are financial decisions. The Board of Directors considered the reserve study and operating costs for the coming year and are confident that the budget will address both.
